Anker products just work. They are reliable 95% of times and in terms of value, it is very hard to beat their product.
After coming back to Canada I lost a total of 5 earbuds. 2 Airpod pros, 1 galaxy bud, 1 galaxy bud pro and a JBL vibe 100TWS. I will not write here that this was the best out of these 6 earbuds but the performance to dollar ratio is TOP tier. Unlike their headset, which have a cheap feel (even though the sound quality is more than decent with a passable ANC), this feels like any other earbuds that cost 8 to 10 times as this item is currently on sale for 25 dollars. It has an overly smooth feel to them making them easy to slip off your fingers but once it sits in your ear it is comfortable.
Since these earbuds come with their “handles” I attached em to my keys and used it as my commuting earbuds at first but seeing how they worked I decided to daily them instead. Volume is good tho there is a tiny bit of static at max.
I would always recommend an anker earbud and if you’re looking at this one specifically I can confidently say it will do the job.

These headphones will likely sound boomy/overly bassy and a bit muddled if you don’t take advantage of the easy-to-use Soundcore app to adjust the EQ. Personally I do like the extra bass, and to my surprise I found using the “Treble Boost” EQ actually brings some much needed clarity and gives a very fun “V-shaped” sound signature to these headphones. The highest-praise I can offer: if I could only keep one pair of headphones out of the 8-10 most recent pairs I’ve used (of varying styles/prices/wired/wireless), these A20i are my favorite and most versatile. For the price I am absolutely pleased!
Quality note: I consider myself an amateur audiophile, so a decently accurate sound as well as adequate bass/treble/detail is a requirement for my enjoyment. Thankfully with using the “Treble Boost” EQ setting the boomy bass is suddenly gone and vocals are present and clear, the bass still kicks very well for a variety of genres (electronic, metalcore, pop, dubstep, rock). The soundstage and separation might be a bit lacking for the most technically demanding musical tracks, but I listen to a lot of fast and heavy rock and always love the sound I get from these headphones. Its overall sound has a warm-softness that never fatigues my ears either, I only stop listening because I need to do something else, not because of discomfort, battery life, or tiresome overly-bright top-end treble (these are completely free of that issue!).
The comfort is top-tier, never felt uncomfortable wearing these for long listening sessions. The battery life is very good as well, as those long sessions never had me worried about battery. The touch controls are customizable in the app and work pretty well
After struggling with another pair of wireless buds some months ago, I was very pleased at how easily these connect and disconnect from my phone. These are so much easier to use and to say they “just work” is simple and accurate. Pair them and you’re golden, never had a connection issue or other complaint!
The mic quality is apparently a bit weird according to the couple phone calls I’ve taken with these, but for music/video/games these are quite a treat! Just experiment with those EQ options and enjoy!
Last note, I’m glad these had some waterproof capabilities, as I was able to enjoy hours of music while caught out in some light rain to whole time. There is so much value to be found here in these headphones and any minor gripes (mic quality?) are easy for me to overlook personally, as everything else about them brings me lively, musical joy!
