Ride three blows us away. The physics are just flawed to the point where you don’t even want to play it. There’s a fraction of the bikes there were on ride 3. Ride 1,2 and 3 blow this away. The only positive I have to say about this is that the sound effects are improved over the last games. I played it for 2 or 3 hours and put it away. Money well wasted.

If you’ve played the first three RIDE games, you know from a difficulty standpoint, the first 2 were completely accessible and could be competed on Easy difficulty, and except for 1 or 2 difficult races/time trials in 3, it was also a game where you don’t have to be an expert rider to compete.

That is not the case with RIDE 4.

After just the first few races, you’ll notice that while in RIDE 1-3, where you’d go faster around corners while the computer was faster on the straights, it is completely reversed in RIDE 4. Even on “Easy” difficulty, you’ll finish 3rd or 4th no matter what bike you use or how you upgrade it. And that’s not even getting into the time trials, and other modes.

I have the Platinum Trophy for the first 3 RIDE games but unless you’re an expert at these games you’d be better served in other options.

You should know that the same thing had happened with RIDE 3 and the developer, Milestone, lowered the difficulty. They’ve stated they will not do this for RIDE 4, so what you see is what you get. Buyer beware.

Dure a jouer au debut comme je ne suit pas un très grand gamer mais très plaisant a jouer

  10. PAPA DON

Great. First ride game I’ve had. Very pleased for only reason I got it was for 2019 blue r3

    Not for beginners

Graphically excellent, but its too much of a sim to be fun for casual play. I love the idea of it, but it requires too much time investment and focus for all but the most serious players. Some of the mandatory tests are annoying too, some of the gates are not on the typical racing line, and kissing the curb on a timed lap will mean you’re starting the whole lap again.
