UPDATE — changed my review from 2 to 4 stars. All I had to do was a LONG shut down. And it restarted for me. I contacted customer support and they helped me within minutes.
Just got one yesterday. I immediately opened it and started playing. Super Mario 64. ? Literally the only reason why I bought it. All other 29,999 games are a plus. However!! I get home last night I plug it in and I charge it for about 45 minutes, take it off the charger and I go to play it. It won’t turn on. ? Maybe I did not charge it long enough. I will update my review depending on if I return it or not.

Got about two solid hours of gameplay before the screen fully conked out.
Game play was decent, buttons click nicely and good selection. Hard to switch between games though. Sometimes would have to restart to get back to the main screen. Can’t look past the short life this had. Screen will turn on but only flashes a few words before shutting off completely.

I purchased this item for a birthday gift. I am embarrassed to say it will not turn on after charging for hours and hours. I am forced to return this item and am greatly disappointed.Only hoping that a replacement will actually turn on and work!!!

It is exactly what it says it is. Sure there are hiccups from time to time but consider what you paid for. It’s not going to be perfect always but it’s a fun game.

I like many on here have experienced the handheld game console fail to load content after just a few uses. I was greatly disappointed and reached out to the company for support. They promptly responded and sent me a new sd card and now everything works perfectly. This company stood behind their product and made sure I was taken care of and could enjoy what purchased without hesitation. For this they get a 5star rating from me. I will absolutely do business with them again with future purchases as this game handheld is worth the value.

Amazing product! 5/5 recommend. Got the clear red one for my partner who’s a life-long gamer (it’s more red in real life than the photo). She loves how many old school games are on it. It also has good sound, and good graphics. I ordered a case to go with it. Note: the first charge took a long time to charge to 100% but it has a long battery life after that!

It’s definitely more confusing to operate then it looks, and most the games are pretty low quality. That being said, the screen is very nice HD and the color of the device is nice looking. It’s manufactured pretty well.
