I’ll start this review off by stating Im 37 years old so this for me is ( perfect ) I seen alot of online reviews of people criticizing this game emulator.
Initially I brought this as a gift for my niece to play when boredom strikes simply because of the volume of games.
And of course people harp on ( it has repeat games ) who cares when you can really enjoy alot of classic childhood games from
Contra,Galaga,Pacman,Double Dragon, Ninja Turtles,Mario, Sonic, Street Fighter,King Of Fighter, Pokemon,Golden Axe, Altered Beast , Excite Bike , Need For Speed ,Mortal Kombat , X-Men ,Lion King , Battle Toads , Dig Dug , GI Joe listen to me seriously the list goes on and on.
Next is the ability to ( save the game ) its great as well to pick up where you left off so it’s unlimited lives and re-tries plus some games allow you to max out tokens.
Controls yep the are not the best but the buttons are able to be mapped ( so you can change them to your liking ) the analog is not great but its not a dealbreaker either the Directional pad is ( alright ) to get the job done. So fighter games will be a lil bit more difficult. But scrolling games are no problem
I now own two because I kept this game for my self and bought my niece another one. Hopefully she enjoys it what great for me is to play games I missed out on or could beat in my youth so yes playing ( Punch Out ) and finally winning was great.
If you want a legit game system buy a console I completely understand I own a ( PS4 ) . But for travel and the ability to connect to the HDTV and just have access to alot of 80,90s games its worth the price.
If you price any PlayStation games or retro consoles and then games sold separately you’ll understand why this emulator is kinda cool.

The console has a lot of games, but some of them, if not many, are duplicates. It looks like someone bought a handheld console and uploaded all of their old 90s games. The games, however, aren’t the real issue. The quality is not as good as it probably should be. The the buttons are confusing and it just isn’t new. If I would have bought this from out of someone van, yeah, I would have been ok with it. But this was for my son and he didn’t even play with it. Probably because of the quality of the picture
