It came with no operating system. I went to a computer center to get Windows 11 and Office installed for about 150sr. Overall feel of the laptop and track pad was ok, and only thing I hope was less distracting was the sound of the fan under the keyboard, after around 30 mins of using, but it returns to silent from time to time

Windows software was not installed in the laptop, after buying it I had to go to the extra shop and download it.
