What more can I say. This game is so incredibly fun. It took a lot of self-control to NOT stay up all night playing this game. I have always loved the Prince of Persia series and have played them all many times. One of my favorites. And now this game is spectacular. I want to send them more money to make more. One of the all-time greatest. Great game.

I’ve always loved the Prince of Persia series but this has to be the best one so far. So many hours of play and the dynamic game play is amazing. I’ve been playing for days and I’m not even half way through the game. Love the different side missions and the customization of different attacks as you learn/gain attributes. A must have for PlayStation fans.

A must play for Metroidvania fans. Good story and good gameplay. Controls are responsive. Typical maneuvering skills seen in all Metroidvanias plus some additional interesting ones. You have double blades at first, then a bow, then a chakram. There are many amulets to choose from to improve damage output, lessen damage received, find treasure and more. Bosses fights are fair difficulty. The final boss battle was definitely rewarding.
It’s certainly a good and fun game, but not great like Hollow Knight, the Ori games or Afterimage. I personally rate it closer to Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night or the Blasphemous games which is still a good thing.
I completed 100%. There is a glitch when you start the Seven Seas subquest and the game freezes. You can work around this by powering off the controller (with console still powered on), then powering it back on. Quite embarrassing considering how many people worked on the game. From the credits, it looks like 2k plus employees. Quality control is lacking, which is sadly typical these days.

It’s not a really easy game, so it may not be as fun for younger kids. There’s an action element and a puzzle element. You have to solve problems using various abilities that you gain while exploring a large map. While there’s a map and way to take snapshots, you’ll need to remember where some obstacles are, that you cannot solve with your current abilities, so you can pass them later on. I enjoyed it a lot. Would recommend to others who like a challenge.
