My 93 year old father in law couldn’t wait to get his hands on this game. He LOVES the stories and thought the gameplay would be super fun! At 93… he just wanted to live long enough to get some play time. He LOVES this game. It’s great for his mind and coordination to stay active. The graphics are beautiful and the stories/gameplay engaging just like the movies.

As someone who is a PlayStation-only gamer, I’ve been looking forward to this one coming to the PS5 platform. Especially as a lifelong Uncharted fan. This is the closest thing we have had to an Uncharted game for some time now. As an Indy fan this is a dream come true. It is the best Indy game ever, actually. Yes, better than Emperor’s Tomb, Staff of Kings and Infernal Machine. Indy games have always stood in the shadow of Tomb Raider titles, but no more. Machine Games has proved a point with this outing. A first person Indy game is pretty awesome, especially from the guys who brought us Wolfenstein New Colossus. The trophy list looks pretty fun. The gameplay is enjoyable. The collectibles are spread everywhere across beautifully rendered levels. The story takes place around the time of the 3rd film. Voice acting is perfect. I can’t complain about anything. I’m just so happy and thankful to have an Indiana Jones game in 2025 and I’ll enjoy every second of it.

I was really looking forward to this game. I love action adventure, history and run and gun games. Uncharted is my favorite series ever so I had really high hopes for this. I will say it’s a great game, the graphics are great, story is pretty good, it has the classic one liners Indie is so famous for.

First off the first person perspective is very different, I did get used to it, but still can’t say I loved it. The fighting was designed pretty well, I like that there are things to pick up in a fight everywhere to use as weapons.

There is a lot of puzzle solving, which are interesting but sometimes seems like a little too much.

While you do get actual guns as the game progresses, there are few chances to really let loose with them. Stealth is more of the name of the game, and choosing to use a loud weapon will often bring more enemies out than you can deal with.

The whip swinging was a nice feature along with the climbing, but if you are thinking it’s going to be like uncharted climbing and swinging it’s not, it’s much slower paced as is most of the game.

If you love history, an easy pace, exploring tombs and solving puzzles all in the Indiana jones universe this is perfect. If you are looking for action packed running and fighting, it may not be your vibe.

A solid and authentic feeling Indiana Jones game. Definitely one that you need to play if you’re a fan of the series. Especially the original trilogy of movies. The story has solid depth and enjoyable characters. A must have for sure!

  5. J. M. Pegel

Great story/plot. Probably the best Indiana movie since the first three. Gameplay was enjoyable and graphics were wonderful.

It starts out hard but gets easier as you play . It is a great game .

    It’s OK something to play

For an older player like me, it was a great game. Completed it in a few weeks on medium difficulty. Some parts took me many tries to complete. Graphics are superb. This is a game and a movie all-in-one. If you want fast action and first person shooting, this is not the game for you. There are just two VERY hard fights that Indy has to win during the game. The fight against Lotus took me about 40 tries. The fight against Voss was ridiculous. I had to lower the level to finally beat him. For me, it ruined the game a little because it was so difficult. But overall a fun game and LOTS to do, even after “winning the game”. Recommended for old school video game players!!!!
