The 7” Coopers Tablet just arrived today, so this is a short term and very specific-use review. Purchased this tablet to be a wireless, full time screen for a Victron Cerbo GX in my Motorhome. Initial installation of the Victron beta app went flawlessly. The normal procedure would be to perform a factory reset to start from scratch, prior to installing the surveillance app.. As this was a new tablet, I was able to skip this step. The tablet connected to wi-fi without an issue. The Victron VRM screen loaded and the vitals of my system appeared as planned. The screen quality was good, although my use is not demanding. I have zero feedback as to how this tablet would perform in normal use (I.e., storage capacity or sound quality) . I also have not owned it long enough to provide any feedback on battery life. I believe for $40, this tablet has a good deal of value. Time will tell.

I love the size and clarity of this tablet. It had a large amount of internal storage. It was an awesome value for the purchase price.. The only draw back is occasionally the screen gets stuck in landscape view and the wifi won’t stay connected. I thought it was just my wifi but it did it at Doctors office, st friends and family members houses, at the airport and even friends out of state. I waited to do review because I didn’t want to include anything bad unless it continued after 30 days and at multiple locations and wifi connections. Overall I love this product except for those two annoying traits. ?

This was a MESS! I checked the specs need for an app to function and the write SAID that it had enough RAM, memory expandable, o/s was good. The app would not even load: the system shows lasted build (i believe) ‘1969’, could not update at all and bring it current. Only 2 gb of memory (1gb already gone with system) and expandable to only 2 gb additional. Android version 12. Cannot change the device name. WTH was this purchase? It was money wasted with no one to contact to assist.

The media could not be loaded.
Don’t expect the world for forty bucks. That said, it set up fairly easily, the apps I need run ok on it (video performance can be a little janky) and it’s small. That’s what I was after. However, it does discharge faster than it charges, and it has a LOUD AND ANNOYING STARTUP JINGLE that it plays at power-up. You cannot disable it, mute it, skip past it, or even turn it down. At all. It’s REALLY ANNOYING. I have included a copy of the annoying video. Is it worth losing your MIND to save a few bucks on this slow, battery-eating chunk of craaap?

Easy to get it started no frills just a tablet no extras in the background
You have no problem with the tablet
It’s just a Google Android device
The speed is quite difficult to understand it’s possible that the background app on other devices
Makes me think that’s the problem with most brands
This don’t have anything running in the background
So it appears to be a little more complicated to say this is slower than the other brands

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. By end of January it kept freezing and making odd sounds. So returned it with no problems even though I started the refund on the last day, money came back quick and she bought a different one.

The coopers tablet android 7 inch offers 2GB RAM and 32 GB ROM capacity,
along with bluetooth and 2.4G wifi Capabilities. The touch screen is smoot and well
calibrated. This tablet is perfect for stuent and travelers and families alike. Larger bit
in a phone can do some basic office word type in data. With different color of your
choice. Can easily purchase screen protector and case cover with different design. I
will recommend it because the quality is excellent.

It’s actually a really good tablet, it works really well with most apps and my kid loves it. The tablet is quite fragile though, as it broke with not much effort. It is also very hard to find a good case for this brand of tablet. My wife and I have bought 3 of these now, all of which broke. One of which came to me broken in the packaging. We really Coopers a chance, if they could make a good case that’s compatible (Otterbox). I’ll buy it again in a heartbeat.

Overall it’s a good little tablet. When you consider the price, it’s extremely good! I returned it because I have an iPad (for which I paid 7X more) and I just can’t get used to an android device. The battery life seems to be good, the colours are bright and it is quite nimble in following commands. So I would highly recommend it if you want a small, low cost tablet that punches way above its weight.

This one is a replacement for the first Cooper tablet I purchased. Battery still discharges fairly quickly. I get regular notifications that a new system update has been found yet when I click on the link to download, the link turns gray and within a few seconds comes right back. No option to install, nor does it tell me that the update is installing. Very frustrating…. The other thing is that it wants me to finish setting up. I have nothing to transfer over, and I’ve completed everything else. The notification will stay in place until the tablet is worn out.
The tablet has been searching for the BRAND NEW Bluetooth earbuds for roughly 45 minutes now. The earbuds are on, charged AND on top of the tablet. I have an Amazon Kindle tablet that paired with the earbuds in 15 seconds and an Android phone that paired up in 10 seconds. The Cooper will either be paired or else…..
