This is a fun little thing! The volume is kind of annoying, but you can turn it down or off, but it always starts all the way up. It has SO MANY GAMES! Like, seriously, maybe even too many…it’s hard to decide what to play! It definitely feels nostalgic, although the games on here are like knock-offs of old games, it seems. Which is fine, especially for the price. It’s rechargeable with USB-c, super convenient! Haven’t used it on a road trip yet, but that’s what it’ll be perfect for! My kid is 4, so she probably won’t play it for a while, and even when she’s older, it might be weird for her since it’s not touch screen, but we’ll see. So it’s all mine, hehehe!

This handheld game console is good for some mild entertainment. Nothing groundbreaking, just some basic retro style games which fall into 3 categories: Casual, Shooting, and puzzle.
The shooting games range from simple archery games to something similar to old school duck hunt – minus the gun. No gore in the games that I tried.
It kept my 6 year old entertained for about 15 minutes before he lost interest, my 4 yr old played it for about 30 minutes before losing interest.
The screen quality is ok, no issues.
Seems suitable for most ages. Its fairly small so easy for kids to hold, seems a little larger than an old NES controller.
Very lightweight, some of the screws were loose on the back when it arrived and so i had to tighten those down.
Overall, it seems like a decent purchase, if you are looking for something to keep your kids entertained this could work for short spurts.

This 32-bit handheld game console is a gadget that’s great for quick play sessions on trips, commutes, or while killing time. The 3.0″ color screen is compact but still easy enough to see, and the rechargeable battery makes it more convenient than older toy-style handhelds. With 135 preloaded retro games, there’s plenty of variety for casual play and simple pick-up-and-play entertainment. It’s an easy gift for kids, not so much for adults. Quality of the device and buttons are mid, but for the price I’d say you get what you pay for, so not much value.

When I first opened this handheld game console, I felt an immediate wave of nostalgia. It reminded me a lot of the old Tiger Electronics handheld games we used to play in the car on long trips. The overall vibe is very retro, but in a fun, approachable way. It feels surprisingly sturdy in hand and arrived packaged nicely enough that it would make a very giftable item, especially at this price point.
The game library is made up mostly of simple, casual games — things like racing, avoiding obstacles, and classic puzzle-style games. I didn’t even come close to trying all of them, but what stood out to me was how easy they are to jump into. The puzzle games in particular reminded me of the kinds of games that used to come preloaded on older computers, like mahjong and solitaire, which makes this appealing not just for kids but also for adults or seniors who enjoy low-pressure games.
From a functionality standpoint, everything worked as expected during use. The console powered on easily, games loaded without issues, and controls were responsive while playing. Navigating between games was straightforward, and I didn’t experience freezing, crashes, or lag during my sessions. Once I figured out the volume controls, the device was simple to use and behaved consistently.
The screen looks clear and bright to my eyes, and I didn’t notice any glare or eye strain while playing. Controls feel responsive, though the buttons aren’t labeled, which takes a little getting used to. They’re fine for casual play, but they don’t have the same feel as a higher-end gaming controller.
One small downside is the sound. The speaker is fairly loud, and while the volume is adjustable, it’s a bit annoying until you figure out how to control it. I personally ended up muting the sound most of the time, as the music can get repetitive.
I didn’t notice any multiplayer options while using this, and it feels very much like a single-player, pick-up-and-play device. That said, it’s extremely easy to carry around. The handheld size makes it simple to toss into a bag, which makes it great for car trips, waiting rooms, or travel days.
This is definitely something I’d recommend for short bursts of play rather than long gaming sessions. I think elementary-aged kids would enjoy this the most, while teens who are used to more sophisticated games might find it a little basic. It also makes a nice stocking stuffer or small gift for anyone who enjoys nostalgic, casual gaming.
Overall, it feels worth it at this price and does exactly what I expected it to do.

This 32-Bit handheld game is perfect for kids or the gamer who wants a taste of nostalgia. It comes with 135 preloaded games and is great for hours of fun. It’s lightweight and small enough to fit in a larger back pocket and is great for car rides, evening activities, or to take with you on a trip overnight. Just grab it and go! I gave this as a gift to my nephew, and he immediately started playing on it during our family Christmas. The screen is crisp and clear, the buttons work seamlessly, and it’s simple enough that a beginner can easily get the hang of it. The game selection is easy. Overall, the functionality of this game console is simple, yet good quality. if you or your kid is showing interest in video games, but you don’t want to commit to an expensive gaming system like the Nintendo switch or an Xbox in case they don’t enjoy it, this is the perfect alternative to get your feet wet. It’s a great bang for your buck.
